What You Will Do
Serve as the primary connection between our customers and the technician team, greet customers warmly, provide a friendly, professional experience, and assist with service questions.

Requirements
- 1+ year Service Advisor / Service Writer experience preferred
- 1+ year sales experience or demonstrated ability to sell services
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
- Comfortable using computer systems and shop management software
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
