Role OverviewAs a Sales & Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers — helping them understand their vehicle needs, recommending solutions, and ensuring a smooth and professional service experience from start to finish.
What You Will Do
Promptly greet customers, listen to and document customer's concerns, recommend services, provide accurate quotes, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor is highly preferred, but not required
- Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment
- Possess valid driver's license
- Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturday
