Role OverviewAs the primary connection between our customers and service team, you'll combine your automotive knowledge with outstanding communication and sales skills to deliver a service experience that keeps customers coming back. You'll greet every customer with professionalism, create a welcoming service experience, and provide honest recommendations that prioritize vehicle safety, reliability, and long-term performance.
What You Will Do
You'll perform vehicle walk-arounds to identify maintenance and tire needs, prepare accurate estimates, and clearly explain recommended tires, maintenance, and repair services. You'll also answer questions, educate customers on tire care, and follow up with customers throughout the repair process to provide updates and ensure complete satisfaction.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service experience in an automotive, tire, or related service environment preferred
- Strong understanding of automotive maintenance, tire services, preventative maintenance, and light mechanical repairs
- Technical or vocational automotive training is a plus
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to build customer trust and confidently recommend products and services
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience using POS and shop management software preferred
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Willingness to pursue TIA Certification with company support
