Role OverviewThe Sales and Service Advisor is responsible for selling and promoting all products and services offered by the company by following the company’s store standards and expectations. The role involves greeting customers, listening to their concerns, and recommending services. The Sales and Service Advisor should also adhere to all company policies and procedures.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include promptly greeting customers, listening to and documenting their concerns, inspecting vehicles, and recommending services. The Sales and Service Advisor should also communicate with customers and shop personnel, and provide updates on the status of their services.
