What You Will Do
Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience, create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates, communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion, provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle, and maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information.

Requirements
- 1+ years of Automotive dealership Service Advisor experience
- Interpersonal Communication skills
- Strong desire to provide an exceptional client experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
