Job Description
Asbury's Learning and Development Team is seeking a Service Trainer to coach and inspire team members to provide exceptional Guest experiences and consistent moments of magic in the automotive retail space. The Trainer will be responsible for conducting classroom training and in-the-moment coaching, emphasizing Asbury's North Star & Compass and DRIVE values.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Service Manager or Service Advisor in the Automotive retail space
  • Previous roles in formal automotive Service training is a plus
  • Ability to travel approximately 75% of the time
