Role OverviewAs an Automotive Estimator with Christian Brothers Automotive, you will play a critical role in our automotive shop as a key repair order builder, ensuring that every guest receives top-notch service and their vehicle is repaired to the highest standards.
What You Will Do
Reviews all digital vehicle inspections by technicians, builds detailed estimates/repair orders, interfaces with technicians, manages quick service tickets, and maintains an organized repair log.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will also handle third-party warranty work, handle parts check ins, returns, and parts reconciliations, and build relationships with part supply vendors, tool vendors, and all external vendors effectively.
Requirements
- TekMetric software experience and knowledge
- Strong industry knowledge
- Deep knowledge and experience estimating tickets involving third party warranties
- Deep understanding of parts ordering, returns, and reconciliation
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills
- Customer service skills
- Proficient in Windows-based computer software and automotive store applications
