Requirements

  • Experience as a Service Writer, Service Advisor, or customer-facing automotive role
  • Strong communication skills — both in person and over the phone
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy service lane
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to build trust quickly
  • Familiarity with dealership DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.) is a plus
  • A calm, professional presence even during high-volume rushes
  • A team-oriented attitude with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
