Role OverviewLead a team of Production Team Members to accomplish planned production activity, exceed performance standards, and contribute to the overall success of the company. Provide guidance to all Production Team Members on product questions, quality concerns, etc. Ensure all products, production processes, and production areas are in conformance with documented quality requirements.
What You Will Do
Execute production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization. Monitor inventory, including labeling, scrap, work in process, and other assigned inventory tasks. Develop and ensure accurate production and scrap reporting at the end of each shift.

Requirements
- High School education required
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 2 years in a supervisory role preferred
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Understand and apply problem-solving techniques
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Suite and TMM, preferred
- Flexibility to shift assignments to meet business needs
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Acceptable performance and attendance
