What You Will Do
Oversee daily store operations, including sales, service, and administrative tasks. Supervise and motivate staff to achieve performance targets and deliver excellent customer service. Manage automotive repairs and services such as oil changes, brake repairs, transmissions, alignments, suspension, tire services, diesel engine repairs, shocks & struts, air brakes, and auto body repairs.

Requirements
- Proven operational experience with a strong grasp of automotive sales processes
- Extensive background in auto service management, including mechanical and diagnostic expertise
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures, including oil changes, brake repair, transmissions, alignments, suspension, tire services, diesel engine repair, shocks & struts, air brakes, and auto body repair
- Experience in automotive repair shop operations, with familiarity in service technician roles and service standards
- Skills in auto estimating, service writing, and customer service excellence
- Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining integrity and customer trust
- Strong mechanical knowledge with capacity to oversee complex repairs, such as transmissions or diesel engines
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team of technicians and sales staff
- Effective communication skills, focusing on sales techniques and automobile sales strategies
