Role OverviewAs an Automotive Technician at BMW of Nashville, you'll be responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. You'll oversee apprentice technicians, communicate with the parts department, and ensure customers' vehicles are kept clean. You'll also be responsible for maintaining shop area cleanliness and organization, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include receiving repair orders, diagnosing vehicle malfunctions, performing repairs, communicating with the parts department, and documenting all work performed. You'll also be responsible for supervising apprentice technicians, attending factory-sponsored training classes, and keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins.
