Role OverviewThe Automotive Technician will perform vehicle repairs and services on customer's vehicles while delivering the highest quality and customer satisfaction. The role involves independently performing vehicle repairs, safety inspections, and diagnosis, as well as communicating with customers and sales staff.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include mounting and dismounting tires, performing lube/oil/filter changes, documenting vehicle safety inspections, and producing accurate repair estimates. The technician will also work with store management to ensure productivity and profitability standards are met.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a customer service focus, basic math skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. A solid understanding of the automotive tire and auto service industry is also required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A technical degree is a plus!
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with 1-3 ASE certifications
- A valid Driver's License is required
