Role OverviewAs an Automotive Technician Trainee, you will provide timely and error-free tire and automotive services following established company policies and procedures. Our goal is for this trainee to gain knowledge and experience needed to work independently and become a successful automotive technician.
What You Will Do
Performs tire services, battery installations, oil changes, maintenance services, and multi-point inspections notating conditions that exist on vehicles. Performs routine maintenance and calibration of equipment. Works with fellow associates as a team to provide exceptional customer service.

Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to at least 50lbs, often repetitively. Must be able to adapt to severe climate variances. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations in a professional manner.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid drivers' license
- Acceptable driving history
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to at least 50lbs
- Ability to adapt to severe climate variances
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
