Role OverviewAs a leading tire service company, we're looking for an Automotive Tire Counter Salesperson to join our team and play a critical part in our daily operations. This dynamic role serves as the first point of contact for our store customers, guiding them through the tire purchasing process and ensuring a seamless experience at Pomp’s.
What You Will Do
Guide customers in selecting the right tires based on their needs and preferences, provide expert recommendations on available services and products, assist with inventory management, process invoices efficiently and accurately, maintain a clean and organized showroom, and perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements
- Knowledge or experience in tire services is preferred
- Previous customer service experience is required
- Sales experience is a plus
- Basic computer skills are necessary
- Ability to assess and address customer tire and service needs effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds occasionally
