Job Description
The Technical Training Project Management role is responsible for managing projects related to the development and delivery of automotive technical training to ensure contract deliverables are completed within quality, schedule, and budget requirements.

Requirements

  • Lead the research, design, and development of training materials utilizing advanced techniques and technology driven solutions.
  • Lead various training delivery networks by creating schedules, cross-training instructors, and delivering training sessions as needed.
  • Conduct technical and program reviews with external clients and internal stakeholders, including program status to senior leaders.
  • Create process workflows, operations manuals, statement of works, and contract documents.
  • Project financial management including full P&L for assigned programs.
