What You Will Do
You will process all warranty claims accurately and efficiently, adhere to manufacturer guidelines, and utilize Dealership Management Systems (DMS) to enter, track, and manage all warranty claims.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of experience in automotive warranty administration or a related role within an automotive dealership (Hyundai/Genesis a plus)
- Experience working with various manufacturer warranty systems and policies
