We're seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Supervisor to lead daily operations of our Ride Hail team and ensure fleet readiness across all shifts. As a data-oriented, action-driven leader, you'll analyze operational performance, identify efficiency opportunities, and implement process improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Operations, Fleet, Mobility, or Logistics Management
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams through effective training, coaching, and feedback
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Adaptable and comfortable managing change in evolving operational environments
