Role OverviewThe Auxiliaries Supervisor provides leadership and coordination for student housing, dining, and auxiliary retail operations. This role ensures effective financial management, supports student engagement and success, and collaborates across departments to deliver high-quality services aligned with institutional goals, compliance standards, and operational excellence.
What You Will Do
Oversee student housing operations, manage Bistro operations, support auxiliary retail operations, deliver housing and meal plan orientations, ensure timely and accurate processing of student payments, and collaborate with Athletics and campus departments.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- Experience in higher education, housing, dining, or auxiliary operations
- Experience with ERP systems (Banner, Oracle) and Microsoft Office including advanced Excel
