AV Fleet Maintenance Manager

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in fleet maintenance, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field
• Leadership experience in leading and developing vehicle technicians in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of automotive vehicle systems and related infrastructure
• Proven project management skills with a track record of successful execution
• Experience triaging work orders and managing vehicle flow among partners
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset
• Proficient in Google Workspace Suite
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Availability and willingness to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as fleet operations require
