Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Audio Video (AV) Technician with hands-on experience in Crestron systems and conference room technology. This role will report to the Director of IT Service Management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an AV Technician in corporate or enterprise environments
  • Hands-on experience with Crestron systems (programming, configuration, troubleshooting)
  • Experience supporting conference rooms and video conferencing systems
  • Understanding of AV signal flow and control systems
  • Knowledge of audio systems, microphones, DSPs, amplifiers, and display technologies
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals (IP addressing, PoE, VLANs preferred)
  • Experience with Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, or similar platforms
  • Ability to read and interpret AV schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Communication and customer service skills and white glove support
