Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Audio Video (AV) Technician with hands-on experience in Crestron systems and conference room technology. This role will report to the Director of IT Service Management.
Requirements
Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an AV Technician in corporate or enterprise environments
Hands-on experience with Crestron systems (programming, configuration, troubleshooting)
Experience supporting conference rooms and video conferencing systems
Understanding of AV signal flow and control systems
Knowledge of audio systems, microphones, DSPs, amplifiers, and display technologies
Familiarity with networking fundamentals (IP addressing, PoE, VLANs preferred)
Experience with Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, or similar platforms
Ability to read and interpret AV schematics and wiring diagrams
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Communication and customer service skills and white glove support
