Job Description
BioTAB Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Supervisor to oversee the Patient Services Department. The role involves guiding a team of representatives, handling escalated patient and internal issues, and ensuring timely and effective resolution. The Supervisor will be responsible for managing timecards, time off requests, and absences for direct reports, as well as developing and implementing new departmental policies and procedures.
