Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Appliance Repair Technician to join our team at General MRO Aerospace. The role ensures components meet strict FAA safety and airworthiness standards. The team is globally recognized as a FAA 145 Repair Station specializing in maintenance and repairs of aircraft components.
What You Will Do
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing faults in aircraft galley appliances, overhaul components, test systems, and maintain compliance with FAA Part 145 regulations.

Requirements
- Ability to interpret complex electrical schematics and CMM technical documentation
- Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines, manage a large volume of communication and be a team player
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities for moderately complex issues
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and writing communication skills in English. Spanish is a plus
- Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Strong knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems, plumbing lines, and basic refrigeration
- Ability to prioritize and to work without close supervision
- Minimum 2 years of experience in appliance repair, commercial food equipment service, or aircraft electrical component repair
- FAA Airframe (A) or Repairman Certificate is highly preferred but not required
