Role OverviewWe are seeking an Aviation Staff Engineer to support airport infrastructure projects in the Northwest Mountain region and across the U.S. The role involves providing engineering and project management support, technical delivery, and potentially client management for aviation projects. The position is diversified with time spent on hands-on horizontal airfield design work as well as opportunities for construction observation.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include preparing design documents, coordinating with sub-consultants, interpreting design standards, attending client meetings, and coordinating multi-discipline teams. Opportunities exist to lead/support other projects in offices across the country.

Requirements
- 0-5 years of engineering experience in airfield design/construction or other similar field
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and a passion for lifelong learning, or similar technical degree
- AutoCAD and Civil3D experience
- EIT preferred
- Solid analytical, conceptual, and problem solving skills
- Resourceful and self-motivated
- Solid organizational skills with a focus on details
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
