Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced, motivated team player and result-driven Fiberglass Technician to join our team. This role ensures inspections, fabricates, repairs, and modifies fiberglass and composite components repairs while meeting strict FAA regulations and airline customer specifications for flight safety.
What You Will Do
Perform MRO Overhauls, Troubleshoot & Inspect, Follow Technical Data, Execute Hot Bond Repairs, Perform Core Repairs, Meet Turnaround Times (TAT), Ensure Regulatory Compliance, Complete sign-offs accurately.

Requirements
- Experience: Performs skilled troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and modification to a variety of aircraft components in accordance with CMM regulations and standards.
- Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines, manage a large volume of communication and be a team player.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities for moderately complex issues.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with ability to exercise informed risk taking in order to make judgment calls.
- Education equivalence or minimum 1–2 years of hands-on structural composite repair experience within an FAA Part 145 MRO station.
- FAA Airframe (A) or Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate is highly preferred.
