Role OverviewThis Lead AMT will oversee maintenance staff and daily operations of aircraft maintenance services, ensuring safety is the top priority. The role involves auditing maintenance locations, resolving flight issues, and collaborating with other discipline leads. The Lead AMT will also assist with employee scheduling, disseminate new information, and ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and company policies.
What You Will Do
The Lead AMT will be responsible for daily operations, including scheduling aircraft maintenance, providing current aircraft status and forecast downtime, and troubleshooting problems. They will also attend hospital/program meetings, collaborate with other discipline leads, and ensure all maintenance publications and company manuals are current.

Requirements
- Associate's degree (A.A./A.S.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- Five years' related experience and/or training
- Manufacturers training on company specific aircraft preferred
- FAA A&P License in good standing
- Inspection Authorization (IA) Preferred
