Role OverviewThe Aviation Manufacturing Instructor - Structures (F-35)/Electrical will design and deliver training for F-35 structures and aircraft electrical maintenance and assembly to factory production staff and field support personnel. The instructor will develop training criteria, evaluate effectiveness, and continuously improve programs. The instructor will also perform data analysis, gather information for new training, and maintain up-to-date training materials and aids.
What You Will Do
The instructor will provide classroom instruction and hands-on lab sessions to instill process discipline. The instructor will work with supervisors to define training and certification needs, and recommend de-certification when performance is substandard. The instructor will identify training gaps by analyzing current and future operating needs.
