Requirements

  • Understand avionics terminology, basic setup, operation, and practical application of electrical and avionics aircraft systems
  • Perform analysis of routine electrical malfunctions using standard shop practices and equipment such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and continuity lights
  • Replace wires and connectors on standard electrical components
  • Read, understand, and interpret blueprints
  • Perform other related duties as required
