Job Description
The Avionics/Electronics Technician II performs maintenance on aircraft avionic/electronic components in accordance with company and FAA-approved manuals and methods. Must adhere to all company policies and standards, and ensure a safe, clean and compliant work environment is maintained.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, 2 Year Electronic Degree and 1-2 years of demonstrated relevant experience or HS Diploma and 3-4 years of demonstrated relevant experience
  • Ability to follow and read work instructions, prints, schematics, drawings, etc.
  • Strong technical computer system (hardware & software) knowledge
  • Hands-on problem-solving style
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to support several projects and engineers while balancing priorities and schedules as necessary
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well with employees at all levels
  • Self-motivated and self-directed, requiring minimal oversight to meet objectives and timelines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
