Avionics Systems Test Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Aeronautical, Computer, or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related STEM field is required.
• Ph.D., with minimum of 9 years of experience, MS with at least 13 years of experience, or BS with at least 15-20 years of experience required.
• Experience with verification and validation activities as related to system level testing, knowledge of databases, ability to assimilate test requirements, develop test methodology including definition of needed test resources and perform software based tests required.
• Ability to analyze data for validation and verification of test performance, strong written and verbal communication skills, willingness to perform occasional shift and weekend work, proof of U.S. Citizenship required.
• Preferred skills: Experience using LabView, experience with testing/test methodology and performing verification and validation activities at system level, ability to develop and use data reduction and manipulation tools, experience with system design requirements and data analysis for projects relating to electronics systems and instrumentation
