Role Overview

The Avionics Technician I/II/III will support maintenance operations in Chamblee, GA, inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and testing avionics and electrical systems on Pilatus PC-12 and PC-24 aircraft. The technician will perform pitot/static testing, system modifications, and IFR certifications in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer specifications. The technician will also execute software updates, diagnostics, and avionics configuration activities for Garmin and Honeywell systems.

What You Will Do

The Avionics Technician I/II/III will perform inspection, troubleshooting, repair, installation, and functional testing of avionics and electrical systems on Pilatus PC-12 and PC-24 aircraft. The technician will also perform pitot/static testing, system modifications, and IFR certifications in accordance with FAR 91.411 and 91.413.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • FAA A&P certificate or eligibility for repairman certificate under FAR 65.101 required
  • Avionics Technician I: 0-3 years of avionics installation or troubleshooting experience under supervision
  • Avionics Technician II: 2-5 years of experience independently performing avionics troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair activities
  • Avionics Technician III: 4-7 years of experience troubleshooting complex electrical and avionics systems
