Role Overview

The AVP, Account Services oversees the Transfer Agent Operations Team, interacting with clients, financial representatives, vendors, and associates. This role is pivotal in developing team members, refining processes, and ensuring accountability.

What You Will Do

Ensures timely processing of transactions, interprets fund prospectuses, develops procedures, and authorizes exceptions. Provides information to fund family contacts and ensures compliance with regulations.

Requirements
