Role OverviewThe AVP Branch Manager III develops a highly effective team and each team member to their highest potential through coaching and leadership. The position is responsible for providing training and coaching to team members to ensure a high quality of member service and assisting in the hiring of necessary personnel for the branch.
What You Will Do
Ensure that the branch meets sales and service goals as established by Arkansas Federal Credit Union. Provide supervision, coaching, and training to branch personnel. Handle difficult situations that exceed the scope of branch personnel and resolve those situations that may arise from dealing with a wide variety of member issues.

Requirements
- Knowledge of a specialized field (however acquired), such as basic accounting, computer, etc.
- 10 years related experience and/or training
- 2 years of financial institution experience required
- 3 years related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to attain NMLS
