Job Description
Flatirons Bank is seeking a driven, reliable, and hardworking AVP Commercial Portfolio Manager to join their team. The role involves leading underwriting, structuring, and portfolio management of commercial credit opportunities, and working closely with Relationship Managers to deliver responsive credit solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Approximately 5-10 years of experience in commercial credit, underwriting, or portfolio management
  • Strong experience analyzing financial statements, tax returns, and commercial credit structures
  • Solid understanding of commercial lending products, including commercial real estate and commercial & industrial lending
