Job Description
Lead a domain cluster as a senior technical leader, driving engineering excellence and consistent delivery across multiple teams. Develop and coach Engineering Managers, translate product and enterprise strategies into executable technical plans, and oversee complex, cross-team initiatives.

Requirements

  • Lead engineering strategy and execution across multiple teams
  • Develop Engineering Managers through coaching, performance management, and career planning
  • Oversee cross-team technical architecture and manage dependencies in partnership with architecture leaders
  • Align quarterly technical roadmaps with product and enterprise priorities
  • Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure delivery success
  • Establish and promote engineering standards, best practices, and operational excellence
  • Coordinate complex, cross-team initiatives to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
  • Communicate delivery progress, risks, and outcomes to clients and senior leadership
  • Drive organizational design, talent strategy, and continuous process improvement initiatives
