Job Description
The Associate Vice President (AVP), Clinical Laboratory Services serves as the senior administrative and operational leader for UT Southwestern Health System Clinical Laboratory Services (CLS). This role has institution wide responsibility for laboratory operations supporting our patients across the Health System. The AVP provides strategic, financial, and operational leadership for a highly complex, integrated laboratory enterprise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 8 years of progressively responsible clinical laboratory or service line experience and 5 years in a leadership role
  • Master's Degree - MHA, MBA, MS is preferred
