Role OverviewWe are looking for a driven and experienced IT Technical Lead to support the strategic leadership of the IT function at Allied World. In this role, you will oversee critical technology initiatives, ensure operational excellence, and manage a team of IT professionals.
What You Will Do
Assist senior IT leadership in developing and executing IT strategies, manage IT projects, oversee IT teams, support IT system design and maintenance, ensure IT security and compliance, and act as a liaison between IT and other departments.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 9+ years of experience in IT roles, with at least 4 years in a leadership position
- Proven ability to manage complex IT projects and cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of modern development principles and best practices
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance, and IT governance best practices
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and enterprise systems
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in budgeting and financial management for software delivery teams
