Role OverviewThe Legal and Compliance Department (LCD) manages legal and regulatory compliance risk for GIC and partners with the business to ensure that such risks are identified, assessed and dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. The successful candidate will work with other members of the Legal Division in supporting GIC’s Technology Investment Group.
What You Will Do
Identify key legal and reputational issues in transactions arising from investment activities, recommend and implement creative solutions to address complex legal issues, liaise and consult with top international and local law firms, review and manage transactions to close, and draft and/or comment on associated contracts.

You should have a law degree with strong academic results from a good law school with 3-5 years post qualification experience as a venture capital lawyer, possess an analytical mind, and have good negotiating skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
