Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Analyst to support Regulatory Identification and Change Management (RICM) activities. The position is critical in monitoring regulatory developments, assessing applicability, coordinating implementation efforts, and maintaining regulatory libraries and mappings across policies, procedures, and controls.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Compliance, Risk, Regulatory, and/or Data Analytics roles within a financial services firm or self-regulatory organization.
  • Experience interpreting regulatory notices and changes from U.S. prudential regulators, self-regulatory organizations, and exchanges.
  • Knowledge of corporate and institutional banking laws, rules, regulations, supervisory guidance, and industry best practices.
  • Strong execution skills with ability to meet demanding deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to produce clear, concise commentary.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across front office, back office, compliance stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics, including structured and unstructured data.
  • Experience with visual analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
