Job Description
The Associate Vice President - Solid Organ Transplant provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for UT Southwestern's Heart, Lung, Liver, Kidney, Pancreas transplant, VAD, ECMO, and associated disease management programs.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or related field
  • 7 or more years of progressive healthcare leadership experience
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning, budgeting, and driving operational efficiency
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams in academic medical centers or high-volume healthcare settings
  • Expertise in regulatory compliance, including UNOS, OPTN, CMS, and SRTR requirements
