Job Description
The Associate Vice President - Solid Organ Transplant provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for UT Southwestern's Heart, Lung, Liver, Kidney, Pancreas transplant, VAD, ECMO, and associated disease management programs. The role is responsible for advancing clinical operations, strengthening quality and financial performance, and supporting research and innovation.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or related field.
  • 7 or more years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning, budgeting, and driving operational efficiency.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams in academic medical centers or high-volume healthcare settings.
  • Expertise in regulatory compliance, including UNOS, OPTN, CMS, and SRTR requirements.
