Job Description
The Associate Vice President (AVP) of Talent Management is a highly strategic leader accountable for shaping and executing the organization's enterprise-wide talent. This role will drive initiatives that strengthen leadership pipelines, evolve performance management, embed skills-based practices, and foster career development and mentoring programs.
Requirements
Define and execute a comprehensive talent management strategy aligned with business goals and cultural priorities.
Lead the evolution of performance management practices to strengthen alignment, accountability, and growth.
Implement a skills-based talent model that supports workforce agility, mobility, and development.
Develop and oversee enterprise-wide mentoring programs that foster engagement, development, and career progression.
Build robust leadership pipelines through effective talent reviews and succession planning for critical roles.
Leverage analytics, AI, and talent metrics to inform executive decision-making and track progress on key initiatives.
Establish clear governance, structures, and workflows to ensure talent programs run efficiently and predictably.
Build and lead a high-performing Talent Management Center of Excellence (COE) grounded in clarity, collaboration, and innovation.
