Job Description
The Associate Vice President (AVP) of Talent Management is a highly strategic leader accountable for shaping and executing the organization's enterprise-wide talent. This role will drive initiatives that strengthen leadership pipelines, evolve performance management, embed skills-based practices, and foster career development and mentoring programs.

Requirements

  • Define and execute a comprehensive talent management strategy aligned with business goals and cultural priorities.
  • Lead the evolution of performance management practices to strengthen alignment, accountability, and growth.
  • Implement a skills-based talent model that supports workforce agility, mobility, and development.
  • Develop and oversee enterprise-wide mentoring programs that foster engagement, development, and career progression.
  • Build robust leadership pipelines through effective talent reviews and succession planning for critical roles.
  • Leverage analytics, AI, and talent metrics to inform executive decision-making and track progress on key initiatives.
  • Establish clear governance, structures, and workflows to ensure talent programs run efficiently and predictably.
  • Build and lead a high-performing Talent Management Center of Excellence (COE) grounded in clarity, collaboration, and innovation.
