Role OverviewDynasty Financial Partners is seeking an experienced professional to join the Platform team as AVP, TAMP Product & Platform Enablement. The role is the primary owner of advisor training, product education, and documentation across Dynasty's full TAMP platform. The right candidate brings deep familiarity with TAMP infrastructure and model delivery, a proven ability to design and deliver structured training programs, and the discipline to build and maintain a comprehensive library of advisor-facing materials.
What You Will Do
The role involves designing and delivering structured training programs for complex investment or financial platform products, producing training materials that advisors or clients actually use, and maintaining a large library of living documents accurately and consistently over time.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in wealth management, investment operations, TAMP platforms, or financial technology
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering structured training programs for complex investment or financial platform products
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce polished, advisor-ready documents, training guides, quick-reference materials, and product communications independently and under deadline
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the discipline to maintain a large library of living documents accurately and consistently over time
