Role Overview

The AVP, Texas Flood & Stormwater Team Lead will serve as a technical leader, guiding project delivery, providing oversight and management, and driving strategic growth for large, complex projects serving local, state, and federal clients across Texas and the Gulf Coast region.

Responsibilities include providing subject matter expertise on flood and stormwater projects, business development, maintaining client relationships, building and leading high-performing teams, and serving as a thought leader across the Texas water resources industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM)
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • 15+ years of related experience
  • Expertise in H&H software and modeling
