Role OverviewAs a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at LSS, you'll support people with identified needs as they pursue their hopes, dreams, and goals through person-centered care. This role involves supporting individuals who have higher health and support needs, including utilizing medical equipment and following protocols.
What You Will Do
Build meaningful relationships, provide guidance and support, assist with daily living activities, support community involvement and independent living skills, and advocate for individuals' rights and needs.

Requirements
