Role OverviewAssist in providing daily routine or episodic daily nursing aide care in a clinically intensive residential program for adults with Brain Injury and complex health needs. Work with individuals, families, and support staff to transform lives.
What You Will Do
Assist with ADLs, administer medication, help individuals become part of their communities, and meet quality standards. Employ rehabilitation values and techniques to help individuals overcome barriers and increase quality of life.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Current C.N.A. certificate or H.H.A. Certificate valid in Massachusetts
- Strong time management and writing skills
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a current, valid, US drivers' license for at least one year
- Must be able to become CPR, First Aid certified within 2 weeks of employment
- Must be able to become MAP certified within 90 days of employment
- Must be able to successfully pass a CORI, reference, national fingerprinting, CNA or HHA certification and driving record check
