Role OverviewProvide direct support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a small group residential setting or an individual living arrangement. Work together with the people we serve, their families, friends, employers, and other support staff to transform their lives.
What You Will Do
Administer medication, implement treatment plans, assist with activities of daily living, and perform nightly cleaning and filing.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Strong time management and writing skills required. Experience working with people with developmental disabilities and/or acquired brain injury preferred.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 21 years of age or older
- Current, valid, US drivers' license for at least 6 months
- CPR, First Aid certification within 2 weeks of employment
- MAP certification within 150 days of employment
- CORI, reference, national fingerprinting, and driving record check
