AZ/NM Marketing Services Manager

As AZ/NM Marketing Services Manager, you will lead proposal and marketing teams, develop effective win strategies, and facilitate pursuit teams to create persuasive proposal and interview materials. You will also engage marketing services resources, lead quality reviews, and coach interview teams. Additionally, you will manage workload demands, identify candidates for management and marketing positions, and train employees on business development and marketing best practices.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include retaining and developing proposal and marketing employees, ensuring the go/no-go decision process, leading pursuit teams, facilitating debriefs, recognizing and celebrating pursuit successes, and managing client relationship management and financial systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Deep knowledge of the A/E/C industry's standard approach to procurement of professional services
• A minimum of 8 years relevant industry experience
• Demonstrated self-starter with a history of completing projects with limited oversight
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire others
• Experience in sales and developing effective win strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign
• Ability and desire to travel and engage with others in-person
• Demonstrated experience in winning high-value contracts in the A/E/C industry
• Demonstrated experience in writing compelling content based on information from technical staff
