What You Will Do
Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Medicaid business and technology initiatives, design scalable, resilient, secure, and cost-effective solutions using Microsoft Azure, and provide architectural guidance to engineering teams.

Requirements
- 10+ years of overall IT experience, including significant experience in solution or enterprise architecture
- Strong hands-on architecture experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience designing cloud-native, distributed, and enterprise-scale solutions
- Strong understanding of Azure services such as Azure App Service, Functions and AKS, Azure API Management, Azure Data Factory, Databricks and Synapse, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB and Data Lake, Azure Service Bus and Event Hubs, Microsoft Entra ID, Key Vault and Azure Monitor
- Experience designing and integrating AI, machine learning, GenAI, or intelligent automation solutions
- Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture and system integration patterns
- Experience with application, data, security, integration, and infrastructure architecture
- Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, monitoring and cloud governance
- Strong stakeholder-management, communication and architecture-presentation skills
