Job Description
Oversee daily production operations, schedule crews and equipment, ensure projects are completed according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. Supervise crew leaders, foremen, and field employees, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in landscaping, construction, irrigation, hardscape, or related field operations
  • Prior supervisory or management experience overseeing field crews
  • Strong understanding of landscape installation, maintenance, irrigation, grading, drainage, or related production work
  • Ability to read and understand job plans, scopes of work, schedules, and project details
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple crews, priorities, and deadlines
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and visit active jobsites as needed
