Role OverviewThis position is responsible for maintaining high production, quality, and yields while ensuring the safest working environment possible. The position requires an essential understanding and control of the production process, accurate record keeping, and general line maintenance and staffing.
What You Will Do
Specific responsibilities include checking daily production orders, overseeing Team Member morning exercises and job rotation, ensuring all machinery is performing to the highest standard possible, and promoting safety on a daily basis.

Requirements
- 1 year in a food manufacturing environment required
- prior +1 supervisory experience and or team lead experience required
- High school diploma; education beyond high school including special training, vocational school and/or college courses is preferred
- Basic computer skills helpful
- Strong communication skills
